FULFILLMENT POLICY
Ultimate Brake Sticks attempts to keep all units in stock at all times. Stocked units typically ship within 2-4 business days. Unforeseen supply shortages are not expected but can occur.
Business hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.
UPS Ground is currently being used at a flat rate of $25 per product. Requests for international and expedited shipping will incur additional charges.
Return Information - Please contact us directly via phone or email. If unsatisfied we will refund for unused products upon return of the product. Shipping charges due to “change of mind” will be paid at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be issued upon the return and inspection of the product.
